Go to their site by clicking HERE to book a cruise now to see how fabulous a vacation at sea can be. This special cruise included a milestone silver anniversary celebration of 25 years since the creation of the Crown & Anchor Society, which offers the best perks for loyalty out of all the cruiselines, in my opinion. Everyone onboard was able to enjoy this beautiful, silver-themed celebration in the ornate Royal Promanade. On past President's Cruises, there have always been special events such as celebrity musicians. This year's lineup features the classic rock band "Foreigner".

And he actually took over one of the restaurants called the Bistro in the Solarium, where he had a limited menu of really delicious barbecue food. So one of the big themes here was there was a lot of promotional effort from other companies to come and sample their stuff. Putting our bringing everybody together and allowing all of us to have a good time.
RCI-Royal Caribbean's President's Cruise 2023 (ship Allure OTS)
For the first time ever, we’re taking you to one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive islands, Perfect Day at CocoCay. Royal Caribbean’s award-winning private island destination combines the best of beachside bliss and sun-soaked excitement. RCI's "President's Cruise" is a regularly scheduled themed voyage but the appeal is for the brand's fans who wish to go on a cruise together.

One of the things that sometimes happens on these President’s Cruises is also what’s called a port takeover. Everybody went up to the front at a certain point and just started jamming to the music. One of them that we really enjoy, their name is Mosaic. They’re an acapella group of five from Las Vegas. And they’ve come on Royal Caribbean ships in the past. And, it really ties into another session, which is really a sneak peek and a look forward into what’s coming up with Royal Caribbean next.

Utopia of the Seas float out
They have couple of other special activities in there, but it’s really an open big space, smaller than the theater where this time for the party was really just a big line dancing event. They brought in some performers and everyone just got together and started line dancing to country music. During a twelve-night transatlantic cruise from Miami, Florida to Barcelona, Spain, the largest number of paying cruisers and crew to sail across the Atlantic Ocean on a single ship was recorded.
And the Pinnacle Club, you need… I think it’s over 700 points on that loyalty program and you get a point typically for every night that you cruise. So already right there, it’s like you need to have sailed for almost two full years on board to get to this pinnacle status. And, the audience was really just watching this happen, have secret ingredients that come out, and at the end, they get to watch the judges sample the food. And eventually, one of the two teams is getting crowned the winner of the Chef Showdown. So it was a really fun event to be able to sit in.
Royal Caribbean changes sail date and itinerary of first ever President's Cruise
It is not a surprise that Allure was chosen given Royal Caribbean's new cruise terminal will be opening there in November 2022. Terminal 3's Pier 10 is for exclusive use by the company and with the capacity to accommodate the new Icon Class ships (Icon OTS). Earlier today, Royal Caribbean confirmed the second President's Cruise and provided which sailing guests can begin booking. The 7th Annual Royal Caribbean President's Cruise will set sail on a 7-night Western Mediterranean Cruise beginning June 23, 2024 aboard Oasis of the Seas. Embarkation will commence from Barcelona, with port visits to Palma de Mallorca before sailing on to Italy for stops in Florence (Livorno), Rome (Civitavecchia), and Naples.
Royal Day In Costa Maya
It will be held on the June 24, 2022 sailing of Ovation of the Seas. It will be a 7-night cruise that will visit Juneau and Skagway, Alaska, as well as Victoria, British Columbia. This specialty restaurant serves a variety of barbecued meats and comfort food. She was the first ship in the world to feature interior facing balconies, as well as the beloved neighborhood concept. For the first time, guests could book balconies that overlooked the ship's Boardwalk and Central Park neighborhoods for less than a traditional oceanfront balcony. A Royal Caribbean President's Cruise is a regular sailing that anyone is eligible to book, but it is a great opportunity for Royal Caribbean fans who want to go on a sailing together.
So based on, you know, these headline performances, special port excursions, the sessions with Royal Caribbean executives. We haven’t seen them perform yet, but we went, we were blown away. All of the music that they had was created with no instruments or other accompanying tracks. So it was all just vocal performances that were amazing. And not necessarily a headline performer, but a performer that we love.
There were certain restaurants that were providing free tacos and churros, and there were bars that were open and paid for by Royal Caribbean. There were some excursions that people could go out to as well that were hosted by Royal Caribbean that you’d have to pay additional for. And we also got to go horseback riding at the end of it, which was a lot of fun. It was taking it down into the jungle, learning more about some of the wildlife and the nature trail that they have there in Roatan.
Essentially, a Royal Caribbean President's Cruise is a regular sailing that anyone can book, but the appeal is for Royal Caribbean fans who want to go on a cruise together. The swag on our Celebrity sailing has been first rate. Almost every night, a little gift or treat has been dropped off -- a tote bag, a tumbler embossed with Tlingit art; Alaska soaps and body lotion. We've seen some people using the items almost immediately in port; the sign of a good giftie. It really helped me understand how there are so many different ways one can enjoy cruising... And that's why I tell non-cruisers they should try it.
The cruise is hotel by Michael Bayley, the President and CEO of Royal Caribbean. Essentially, it is a fun celebration of the cruise line for all loyal guests. Now in its 6th year, this President's Cruise isn’t just a glorified sailing that’s overwhelming with impressive swag. Royal Caribbean International launched its Crown & Anchor Society loyalty program 25 years ago with great fanfare.

Funny, I never see this kind of behavior, maybe I'm just oblivious and having too much fun to notice. I met a pinnacle on Odyssey, Betty and her husband, you'd never know their status by looking or talking. So this year, when we got to Costa Maya in Mexico, it was what’s called Royal Day, and Royal Caribbean really closed down that port and made it private to just Royal Caribbean for that day. And there was also a sister ship called Serenade of the Seas that were docked at that port that day. He has cruised for basically almost, what, 30 years?
One couple we'll be dining with each night on our upcoming 20 night b2b are recent Pinnacles and really nice people. We met them last year at our dining table on a 12 night cruise from Baltimore. We only know they are Pinns because it came up at dinner last year when we were talking about how many cruises we'd each been on. And he also helped design one of the restaurants aboard one of the other ships called the Portside Barbecue. But he was on board doing a lot of different masterclasses.
