I'm moving next year and trying to cut back on this stuff. I was in a roll call for presidents cruise, but seems like more roll calls opened. Reviews dont seem anything great so far, but I've been reading them. Not sure how a post about the president’s cruise became a “let’s dump on Pinnacles” thread. Those who are attending look to be having a lot of fun and are enjoying the attention received from Royal Caribbean top management. Lots of swag, that I imagine will be available on eBay early next week.

The 2018 President's Cruise will be held on the September 29, 2018 sailing of Harmony of the Seas out of Port Everglades, Florida. Royal Caribbean posted the details to its President's Cruise mini-site. So I would wait until you’ve been on a couple of cruises also, because I think these presidents cruises do have a slightly higher cost as compared to a more typical cruise that you would have at any other point in the season. A lot of cool decorations celebrating the President’s Cruise. There was a Flowrider surfing simulator that had just opened there that opened there for a little bit to let people try it out. So that was a really fun event where we could just get off the ship. There’d be food, open bar, live music where you can go and enjoy. I wonder if the President and staff are tired of the Pinnacles by now? I would think they would be seeking out new cruisers.

On our Celebrity sailing, passengers couldn’t rave enough about naturalist Celia Garland, who gave multiple wildlife lectures. A rising star within Celebrity's fleet -- besides Alaska, Garland also provides narration on the line's South America and Antarctica sailings -- Garland normally spends her summers on Celebrity Millennium. She came over to our ship especially for the President's cruise.
And some of these include something that’s called Common ground with Michael Bailey, who’s the President and CEO. He hosted a question-and-answer session to everyone. People are dancing along the promenade, there’s performers there, and also there’s giveaways. So, really they put every guest’s name on the cruise ship in a randomizer, and they would give away anything from cups to shirts to grand prizes that included cruises. And, really, one of the big ones was… A VIP cruise, going on board the newest Royal Caribbean ship, which is Icon of the Seas and that’s coming in January of 2024. There is just SO much to experience and do onboard Royal Caribbean’s innovative fleet of ships that will appeal to all ages and you’ll never be bored.
A Trip Down Memory Lane with Michael Bayley afforded members an opportunity to showcase their Royal Caribbean-branded memorabilia (from previous sailings). These items consisted of bag tags, postcards, souvenir towels and other assorted branded paraphernalia.
